We want to inform the ORGANIZATION COMMISSION of the 4th WORLD VOVINAM CHAMPIONSHIP 2009 and the Vovinam Association in the World that ITALY with the UNI0NE VOVINAM VIET VO DAO ITALIA will partecipate to the WORLD VOVINAM CHAMPIONSHIP in July 2009 in Vietnam.
Today, 19th of April, in Milan we had the first MEETING of the Technical Director, Coach and Competitor to organize the National Official Team with the selection for the Technical Category and Fighting Category.
Italy still doesn't know how many people exactly will go to Vietnam, but we will be around 25/30 competitors and official.
In this moment we haven't received any category, but we did the first selection with the Category of the 3rd World Vovinam Championship 2007 in Vietnam, because we think it will be almost the same, because are the usual competition did in the past:

About the numbers of the competitor each competition we did the selection for 2 person per country each category as the 2007
We wait as soon as possible a CATEGORY LIST to organize it better and know if there are some different category becasue the time it isn't so much, only three months to prepare and we aren't sure of the category, it's for that we think that the best thing is to use every championship the same, but we wait you information.
Abou the EXAM SESSION we would like to know something about the TIME, because we are trying to find flights to arrive on 24th July, but not to much free from Italy and can be a problem.
Italy will introduce to the EXAM SESSION for the Exam to CHUAN HONG DAI the HLV ROTUNNO LEONARDO (Hoang Dai Tam in the 2004) and the HLV POLLASTRO GIUSEPPE (Hoang Dai Tam in the 2005) but we need to know if the exam will be in the night or in the mornng, because most of the people have the flight arrival on 25th evening becasue we don't find any flight free untill now, so need to know if only for the people for the exam maybe it's better depart some days before if we find the flights.
