Had passed away at 3 am (Vietnam time) on September 27, 2010 at “115” hospital, in Sàigòn, Vietnam. He was 91.

FUNERAL PROGRAM
His body is being prepared at Tổ Đường hall.

Embalming and casketing will be done at 10 am September 27, 2010 at Tổ Đường

Visitation and Memorial Services

Visitation starts at 3 pm, September 27, 2010.
at 31 Su Van Hanh Street, Ward 10, District 3, Sàigòn, Vietnam.

Funeral

His remains will be cremated.
The crematory will take place at 4 am Friday, October 1, 2010.
After the cremation, his ash remains will be kept at Tổ Đường altar.
